Périphérique USB Virtual C++ - Stack Overflow

I am trying to simulate simple PnP USB device using C++/C#. I found that this is possible by using DSF, but I could not find examples neither documentation. Only thing that I found and that is working are VBS examples in WDK.

Can anyone guide me how to do this or give me some example?
