Is there a way to detect the "Update Version" of IE in javascript?

I have to write an if/else code based on what version of browser it is. The decision is based on the "Update Version" NOT "Version" of the IE.

navigator.userAgent gives me the "Version" information. Is there a way I can get the "Update Version" information?
