fuseau horaire - considérant que les principaux pays couvrent plusieurs fuseaux horaires, quelle est l'heure moins actif dans le monde en GMT pour prendre une base de données hors ligne pour l'entretien quotidien ? -Débordement de pile

What would be the best 15 or 30 minute window in GMT to do so, that would affect the fewest major countries during their respective 9 to 5 periods ?

It depends on your database usage, honestly. If your DB is used primarily by Japanese people, then pick an hour in the middle of the Japanese night.

The best thing to do would be to compile stats over a month giving hourly usage through the day. Then find out for yourself when your least busy hour is, and schedule maintenance during that hour.

There isn't really a "right answer" for this one as it depends on the use of your database.

Don't try to guess the "magic" hour that will have least impact in most countries. just look at your database/app load across times and pick the hour with least load.
