Windows - partition linux supprimé maintenant obtenir grub rescue console - Stack Overflow

I had windows 7 and ubuntu on my system. I decided to remove ubuntu partition so I deleted it from windows device manager and formatted and renamed that partition. Now whenever I start my system it gives me this error:

"error:unknown filesystem grub rescue> "console.

I have tried using ubuntu bootable usb, windows 8/xp bootable cd but nothing works. Can anyone tell me how to get back to windows without losing any data?

I just tried using windows 7 dvd, but the system is not going into BIOS setup or letting me choose the boot option. Due to this the system is always jumping on to the grub rescue page.
