Windows ce - déploiement et/ou d'enregistrement a échoué avec l'erreur : 0x8973190e - Stack Overflow

I have a smartdeviceproject and tried to deploy it to an Windows CE 5.0 Device. I get following error message in VS

Deployment and/or registration failed with error: 0x8973190e. Error writing file '\Windows\NETCFv35.wce.armv4.cab'. Error 0x80070070: There is not enough space on the disk

I found some threads on the tnternet, that this could probably be because I have refferenced to non .netCF DLLs. But that can't be, because I tried it on an other device and there I can deploy it sucessfully.

Both devices are running Windows CE 5

Any ideas?
